Awesome! Hope it sells like 2am street tacos outside of a trendy Guadalajara nightclub. (I'm sure there's an Asian equivalent, but I gotta use what I know.)
[The publisher here] It's the kind of manuscript that a publisher only comes across once in a decade. While I was doing early editing on The Cuttlefish, the original publishing house that was going to publish it (and I was involved with), Camphor Press, imploded. But there was no way on earth I would let this hilarious ode to expat life in the East go abandoned. That's when I decided to set up a new publishing house, Plum Rain Press - not sure that would have happened without The Cuttlefish. So, I raise a glass of Beer Lai Lai (Sukhan's favorite brew) to the hero of the novel, Zach, and another to his creator.
Congratulations! Go go go!!
